Farm fire in Bonorva: tons of hay up in smoke, fear for animals

Smoke and flames this morning in Bonorva , on a farm in the Campo Untulzu area , where tons of bales of hay caught fire .

It happened around 6:30, the firefighters intervened on the spot. The flames devoured the round bales, stored inside a shed inside which there were also livestock and a tractor .

The owner intervened immediately, securing the livestock and the agricultural vehicle. The team, once on site, used the foam extinguisher. There are no injuries .
