Falls from the scooter and hits his head: 59 years old dies in Serramanna

Road tragedy in Serramanna, where a 59-year-old man lost his life following a fall from his scooter.

The accident occurred in via Roma. The causes of the misfortune are being ascertained, but according to an initial reconstruction, the man has lost control of the two-wheeler, which has begun to skid, then throwing it from the saddle. After a flight of a few meters, the man ended up on the asphalt, hitting his head. A very violent blow, despite wearing a helmet, which unfortunately was fatal.

On the spot, after the alarm, the carabinieri, a 118 ambulance and the helicopter rescue intervened, but the attempts to save the 59-year-old's life were in vain.
