A 39 -year-old from Settimo San Pietro , unemployed and with police prejudices, was denounced by the Sinnai carabinieri for evasion and persecutory acts.
The man, despite being under house arrest with an "electronic bracelet", had arbitrarily moved away from the place of detention and had gone near the home of the victim of persecutory acts committed by him in the past.
When the carabinieri arrived, the man had already left the place.
