Five plea deals and two indictments, before the court in Sassari, for a drug dealing affair in Ozieri dating back to 2016.

According to the accusations, the defendants sold marijuana in the city streets after having arranged delivery meetings with messages and phone calls.

The illegal trafficking was discovered by the police through stakeouts and interceptions and arrests were made in 2018.

Yesterday, however, the judge for the preliminary hearings, Gian Paolo Piana, sentenced four defendants, defended by the lawyers Antonella Chirigoni and Oriana Colomo, to one year and 9 months, and the fifth to one year and 8 months, the latter assisted by the lawyer Antonio Secci.

Two other people defended by lawyers Maurizio Serra and Antonella Chirigoni will go to trial. The deputy prosecutor was Lara Senatore.
