Two online scams have seen citizens residing in the Nuoro area as victims.

In Belvì , two 25-year-olds turned to the carabinieri explaining that they had purchased two GPS collars for dogs and a PDA by paying the price by recharging a prepaid card for an amount of 600 euros . However, the goods had never been delivered and the seller had gone untraceable.

At the conclusion of the investigations, the military traced back to a convict from the Neapolitan area who was reported.

In Ovodda , on the other hand, two young people used a link received via text message on their mobile phones . Thanks to their click , the malefactor managed to access their bank details and took away 1,400 euros .

The carabinieri of the local station are investigating the matter.
