The minority arrives half an hour late and the work in the Capoterra municipal council begins without opposition councillors.

The last session was called for 12 and work actually began at that time, but - according to the minority councilors - President Franco Magi should have waited, as is usually done, at least half an hour before open the session.

«Such a situation had never occurred – complain the opposition councilors Francesco Dessì and Silvano Corda – and one wonders why they were in such a hurry to open the session, given that there has been no council meeting in all these years in which the work of the Chamber began without giving the minority the opportunity to take a seat on their benches. The attitude of the president of the city council was absolutely incorrect."

Franco Magi's reply is ready: «I think it is the first time that someone has been reprimanded for having made the work of the Chamber begin according to the pre-established time. Curious how minority colleagues consider punctuality as an obstacle rather than an added value."
