The Clean Up initiative, organized in Stintino by the Plastic Free non-profit organization in collaboration with the Absentia association, had a very positive response. The clean-up intervention , which saw the participation of over 50 people , united the local Stintino community and the young people of the Erasmus Plus "Youth Against Plastic" project in a common objective: to clean up the Valle della Luna area (Stintino) from plastic and waste .

Thanks to the joint commitment and determination of all participants, an incredible 800 kilos of waste were collected , underlining the seriousness of plastic pollution and, at the same time, the power of community action. The event not only achieved enormous success from an environmental point of view, but also strengthened the ties between the Stintino community and the young Europeans involved in the Erasmus project. This collaboration offered the opportunity to share experiences, cultures and values, building a bridge of understanding and cooperation between different generations and nations.

From the Municipality of Stintino there was no shortage of thanks to all those who contributed to making this event possible, in particular to the Plastic Free non-profit organization and the Absentia association for their impeccable organization and coordination. “Thanks also to the numerous volunteers and citizens who have dedicated time and energy to this cause,” said the mayor Rita Vallebella.
