The hearing of the trial against Ciro Grillo, Francesco Corsiglia, Edoardo Capitta and Vittorio Lauria kicks off today, behind closed doors at the Tribunal of Tempio Pausania .

Beppe's son and his three Genoese friends, now 22, are accused of group sexual violence against two Milanese girls : the facts date back to the night between 16 and 17 July 2019 in the Grillo villa in Porto Cervo .

The first seven witnesses cited by the prosecutor Gregorio Capasso will lay in the courtroom. In front of the panel of judges chaired by Marco Contu, the carabinieri of the Compagnia di Milano will appear, where the girls presented the complaint and the soldiers of Genoa who carried out searches and kidnappings on behalf of the Prosecutor's office in the homes of the four accused. A total of fifty-six witnesses admitted to the hearing by the judges.

There should be neither the defendants (defended by Enrico Grillo, Ernesto Monteverde, Sandro Vaccaro, Gennaro Velle, of the Court of Genoa, Antonella Cuccureddu and Mariano Mameli of the Court of Sassari), nor the two girls , constituted civil parties and represented by the lawyers Giulia Bongiorno and Vinicio Nardo.

THE COMPLAINT - The complaint was triggered by an Italian-Norwegian living in Milan, who returned home after her holidays in Sardinia.

The young woman, 19 at the time, had told the carabinieri that she was raped by four friends in Beppe Grillo's house , after an evening spent at the Billionaire, where she and a friend had met Ciro and the others. Then they had all moved to the residence in Porto Cervo to end the night.

Here she would have been forced to drink vodka, then raped first by Corsiglia alone and later also by the other three . All taken with smartphones by the four friends. Videos and photos that were seized and admitted to the proceedings together with the chat messages exchanged between them and between the two girls. The prosecutor also accuses the group of rape of the second girl, the subject of obscene photos taken while she was sleeping on a sofa.
