Carbonia: They set fire to a roadblock and threw a package full of marijuana from their car. Arrested.

The Carbonia State Police arrested two people on charges of possession of narcotics for the purpose of dealing.

Upon seeing the patrol car, the two men fled hastily along State Road 130, throwing a black package containing 850 grams of marijuana from the car during the chase. Police recovered the package and it contained 850 grams . When they reached the town of Musei, they were stopped and detained.

Following a subsequent house search, the police found another 150 grams of marijuana, precision scales, a cutting agent, and various packaging materials.

The two men, aged 35 and 33, were taken to prison in Uta at the disposal of the judicial authorities, by order of the prosecutor on duty.
