Serious road accident today in Sant'Antioco, in Sulcis. Around 9:30 pm, in via Sant'Ignazio da Laconi, a head-on collision occurred between a car and a motorcycle. The young motorcyclist suffered the worst consequences, being seriously injured in the impact.

The causes of the accident are still being ascertained by the police, who intervened on the scene together with the 118 emergency services.

The motorcyclist was rushed to Sirai in Carbonia, the nearest hospital.
