Surrounded by 15 people and beaten while returning home after having dinner at the university canteen on Via Premuda.

The complaint about the latest episode of violence against two university students comes from the Unicaralis association: "It's been 11 months since the last terrible attack against several students near the cafeteria, after they had eaten their meal. Two days ago, it happened again. Nothing seems to have changed." This is what is written in an appeal addressed to the mayor, the rector, and the general director of Ersu, the organization that manages the cafeteria.

A year ago, "we called on the Cagliari administration, asking for a concrete commitment to the redevelopment and development of the neighborhood. Despite some new projects, safety is still a problem."
According to Unicaralis, Via Premuda represents a crucial hub "not only for the number of students living in the area, but also for the redevelopment of one of Cagliari's most challenging neighborhoods." The students urgently demand a "concrete response, neither ideological nor temporary, but one that focuses on combating social and socioeconomic hardship, one that puts the well-being of all at the center, to create a safer, healthier, and more welcoming Cagliari."
