The flight went well and also arrived quite punctually, around 8:30 p.m. The problems began when the Ita plane had just landed in Cagliari after the trip from Rome: the passengers were locked inside because the airport finger was not working.

Once the lights came on, everyone opened their overhead bins and were ready to get off. But the waiting time began to get longer. Outside the door, things were not going well: according to the captain, there had been a fault in the connection system between the cabin and the terminal. So the passengers were asked to put their bags back in their seats because the plane had to be moved.

After about three quarters of an hour , the door reopened and the aircraft descended onto the runway, while technicians from the airport management company tried to resolve the problem with the finger.
