The Prosecutor's Office has in fact communicated to lawyer Silvia Marzot – who followed the case together with her colleague Mauro Trogu – that the documents, which disappeared from the Cagliari Courthouse, have been officially recovered.
The file had mysteriously disappeared and Cristiano Scardella, Aldo's brother, through lawyers Marzot and Trogu, had begun the process to clarify the mystery and request clarification from the Prosecutor's Office.
The case had also reached Parliament, with questions presented to Minister Carlo Nordio by MPs Roberto Giachetti (Italia Viva) and Dario Giagoni (Lega).
