He was transporting, together with a friend, some doses of hashish on his scooter, speeding through the streets of Cagliari.
An 18-year-old resident of Elmas was arrested by the Carabinieri of the Sant'Avendrace station, with the support of colleagues from the Villanova station, on charges of possession of narcotics for the purpose of dealing.
The soldiers stopped them for a check, finding the 18-year-old in possession of several doses of hashish and a lot of cash, believed to be the proceeds of drug dealing .
The subsequent house search revealed a real kit for packaging the drug, consisting of sachets, knives stained with hashish and other material useful for cutting and preparing the doses as well as additional doses of the drug, 14 in total, and cash, for a total of 700 euros.
The second young man, however, was found with 6 doses of hashish, a quantity compatible with personal use, and was only reported to the administrative authority as a user of narcotic substances.
