Only ten minutes to get in line with the other colleagues and hope that one's turn will come: the risk is that of having to take the rubbish back to one's own restaurant , moreover in full service hours: «I don't know with what criteria it was conceived, but I really think it's sheer madness.' The social complaint is by Laura Sechi, a restaurateur in via Sassari , in Cagliari . She (with the others on the street), she explains in a post on Facebook, will have to take the waste to the recycling center "in full service" .

The implications, on the practical side, are different: the owner of "Vitanova" clarifies them in a nice story between reality and fantasy. The protagonist is a boy who chooses the place for his marriage proposal: an elegant lunch is the right occasion, if it weren't ruined by the passage of a cook and a waiter who, out of breath, try to reach the ecological island in time with one waste bin each, leaving the restaurant unattended.

«This story», explains Sechi, «which wants to make people smile, actually shows what the waste disposal situation will be for the restaurants in Via Sassari starting next week . The bins will have to be right inside (it's a pity, however, that they are not compliant with ASL standards to be inside and the bag doesn't fit) and the waste must be taken to the waste disposal area from 1.10pm to 1.20pm and from 2.30pm to 14:40 ».

At the moment there seems to be no alternative, quite the contrary. The Sunday closure of the restaurant will force the "conservation" of the garbage: « We should keep the wet inside », adds the restaurateur, «at the risk of cockroach invasion, or go to confer giving up staying with the family to queue on the island eco-friendly at lunchtime.'
