Cagliari, darkness falls on Mulinu Becciu: the residents' complaint

Reports continue of blackouts affecting various areas of Cagliari, patchy.

The latest comes from Mulinu Becciu. Some residents turned to the PD municipal councilor, Fabrizio Marcello: «A resident informed me that via Gherardo delle Notti is totally dark up to the traffic lights on viale Monastir».

According to the testimony "they were also about to run over a girl on the crosswalk because you can't see absolutely anything." The opposition leader announces that he will ask for clarification, it must be said, from the Municipality.
