In Cagliari, on the one day of voting, reports and protests multiplied due to the long lines in front of the Municipality offices for the withdrawal of electoral cards.

Many aspiring voters who did not have it - for change of residence, or for having lost it or, again, because they were just of age - had to face serious inconveniences due to a server that worked in fits and starts . And there are those who have given up.

"I realized only last night that I had reached the limit of stamps", explained to Ansa a pensioner waiting in front of the constituency of via Castiglione, "it will also be my fault, but this line is too much: I give up voting".

The same situation in the central office in Piazza De Gasperi and in other decentralized offices, including the municipality of Pirri.

"They are giving us the numbers", explained another voter in the afternoon, "I have the 450 and I have been waiting for more than two hours . At the counter they are giving the ballot to a woman who has the number 250".

Explanations? Just informal: "They told us that the server is not working well. But this is really impossible: we run the risk of not voting, a solution must be found."
