The Cagliari Mobile Squad identified the man who on the morning of last January 2nd first threatened and then attacked, slapping him, a nurse on duty in the Emergency Department of the "Brotzu" Hospital in Cagliari.

The author of the gesture, a thirty-year-old businessman from Cagliari, had presented himself to the emergency room, together with his wife, to accompany his minor daughter, in need of care. According to the reconstruction of the investigators of the Third Section of the Mobile, the thirty-year-old, for no apparent reason, while he was waiting, lashed out at the nurse in charge of the triage, hitting him with a few slaps and making him drop the service telephone with which, in at that moment, he was calling the Department of Pediatrics, asking for a medical consultation just for the attacker's daughter.

The man, pretending to be a member of the Police Forces, had then also threatened the Sworn Guard of the Emergency Department, who intervened to block him.

The 30-year-old was charged with violence, injuries and threats to a public service officer.
