Rosina was born in Baressa on 26 October 1918 into a family of 8 children. Daughter of Francesco Corona and Giulia Serpi, after her youth, as an adult, she moved to Cagliari, where she was hired at the post office. He settled there, where he remained for over 90 years. She later decides to return to Baressa to be with her two sisters who are slightly younger than her, also unmarried and now retired.

She is a very believer, a secular Franciscan, in Cagliari she has always been involved in charity and in her home she organized prayer cenacles and in the company of her friends she met to recite the Angelus.
