After the success of Orotelli, Meana Sardo and Lula, Autumn in Barbagia also comes to life in Tonara, Gavoi and Onanì, where the first events are underway until Sunday.

There was a great coming and going of volunteers through the streets of the towns, with a renewed enthusiasm around the "Cortes", a showcase of food and wine and artisan excellence.

In Tonara, which this year will see the Toneri district dressed up for the holidays, everything is ready for tonight's concert "Intranno in sonu" (Ruins of Sant'Anastasia) with Gavino Murgia, Pierpaolo Vacca, Giuseppe Muggianu and the Peppinu Mereu Choir. Tomorrow and Sunday, a two-day event featuring nougat, bread, but also wool, cowbells and wood. The highlight is the re-enactment of "Sa Coia antiga" with traditional songs.

Even in Gavoi, where the event came to life this morning, preparations are underway for the concert of the Orchestra da Camera della Sardegna, in the Church of San Gavino (from 6:30 p.m.). Tomorrow and Sunday, a tour with tastings of the DOP fiore sardo, guided tours and excursions between the town and Lake Gusana. And the inevitable performance of “Sos Tumbarinos” and the choirs, in the presence of several workshops open to even the little ones.

On the same direction Onanì, where from tomorrow morning the exhibitions of typical and local products will begin. In the background, guided visits to the monuments and Romanesque churches of San Pietro, San Gavino, San Cosma and Damiano. Standing out, the international accordion festival "Tenores e Sonette" (tomorrow from 9 pm) and the procession in honor of San Francesco (Sunday 4:30 pm).
