Twelve people were denounced by the Digos - Anti-terrorism Section for some violent actions taken to access the Capo Teulada military range during the demonstration that took place in that area on 1 November last.

The identification took place through the examination of the video footage carried out that day on the spot: most of them are young people aged between 20 and 30, belonging to the anarchist and anti-militarist movements, residing in the province of Cagliari.

During the demonstration with a procession, directed from the port of Teulada to that of Tramazzu, they had separated from the rest of the participants and had torn the fence to enter the military zone. The police intervened and rejected them.

The 12 are under investigation on the loose for crimes involving arbitrary entry into places where access is forbidden in the military interest of the State, as well as for the use of protective helmets, and means to make it difficult to recognize the person in place. public, without justified reason.
