Alfredo Cospito remains at 41 bis .
The Supervisory Court of Rome rejected the request made by the lawyer of the anarchist detained in the Bancali prison in Sassari .
The news was given by Flavio Rossi Albertini, Cospito's defense lawyer, who in recent months went on a hunger strike in protest.
In last week's hearing , the National Anti-Mafia and Anti-Terrorism Directorate had given a favorable opinion on the cessation of hard prison for the anarchist , but the judges decided to keep him under the 41 bis regime.
