A 25-year-old arrested by the State Police in Iglesias on charges of possession of narcotics for the purpose of dealing.
The officers carried out a check in an abandoned farmhouse, near the home of the young man, already known to the police, and there they found, hidden under an old mattress, some food bags containing hashish and marijuana inflorescences.
After the discovery, the police officers lay in wait and saw the 25-year-old enter the cottage to hide a precision scale under the same mattress.
At that point the officers showed up and also searched the inside of the house. Nothing compromising was found in the house, but what was seized in the farmhouse - a kilo of marijuana, hashish and the precision scales - still led to the arrest of the 25-year-old, which was later validated. The doors of the Uta prison thus opened for the young man.
