The second night of the Sanremo Festival also lost viewers.
An average of 9.53 million people watched the live broadcast, representing a 59.5% share of the total audience. This result improves on the prime time share (58%) but not the average viewership (9.6 million).
The decline in ratings is evident: last year, Tuesdays averaged 11.8 million viewers, equal to a 64.6% share. This represents a loss of nearly three million viewers and a 5% share.
In 2024, the second evening was followed by 10,361,000 viewers for a 60.1% share.
When pressed on the number of women in the competition (ten out of thirty), Conti replies, "I choose the songs from those presented." Russian top model Irina Shayk also weighs in on the issue of women: "I'm a feminist, but in my own way. I don't want men to disappear from the face of the earth."
