Tommaso Giulini also takes a stand on the (temporary) ban on the sale of tickets to residents of Sardinia for the match between Empoli and Cagliari scheduled for Sunday at the Castellani.

The rossoblù patron asks for "respect" for Sardinia, who on his social profiles lashes out against the uncertainty that reigns when there are now just over 96 hours to go until the kick-off of the match.

"Still shamefully waiting for an official provision. The game will be played in 4 days. Many have already organized to leave, will they be forced to stay outside the stadium and protest? Respect for Sardinia!" , writes the president.

Why does uncertainty reign? Among the latest decisions of the National Observatory on Sports Events, we read, regarding the Castellani's salvation challenge, that the identification of "adequate measures of severity" is deferred to the evaluations of the Casms (Committee of Analysis for the Safety of Sports Events). Pending these evaluations, "the competent League is invited to involve the organizing company to prevent the sale of tickets from starting" .

Pending a final decision that has not yet arrived, therefore, tickets cannot be purchased by all residents of Sardinia, even if in possession of a fidelity card . Which, four days before the match, creates no small difficulties for those who have already organized or must organize a trip beyond the Tyrrhenian Sea.

The solution could come at the end of a summit of the Committee for Public Order and Safety, called for 5 pm today in the prefecture of Florence.
