Good first for Claudio Ranieri who celebrates his return to the Cagliari bench with a 2-0 against Como, in a match always in control.

The coach takes the applause of the crowd and surprises with an unpredictable 3-5-2. In front of Radunovic, the trio made up of Altare, Dossena and Capradossi, Zappa and the new arrival Azzi on the wings, with Nandez, Makoumbou and Kourfalidis in the middle and Lapadula-Pavoletti as an attacking couple. Como keeps the ball in the game, Cagliari waits. In the 13th minute, the former Cerri was stopped by Radunovic.

The Rossoblù's response came in the 16th minute and was lethal: Zappa's cross from the right and Pavoletti's winning strike. The goal gave serenity to Cagliari, who managed the lead without risking anything and went into the break with a goal advantage.

In the second half, Cagliari immediately doubled up with the new arrival Azzo, with a cross that pushed by the wind slipped behind Ghidotti. At 2-0 the rossoblù manage without too many problems. The only thrill comes for Cagliari arriving in the 12th minute with a wrong back pass from Kourfalidis, but Cerri, very booed, puts in the back.

Time ticked by without worries until the 49th minute, when Radunovic closed the mirror on a Gabrielloni shot. After 6' of added time comes the final whistle. Ranieri returns with a victory and Cagliari find their smiles again.
