"Our land needs a democratic shock, we want to free politics and give it back to the people." With the gaze projected to the regional ones of 2024, "Sardinia calls Sardinia" makes its debut , a movement born from the initiative of about eighty young people from all over the island .

260 took part in the first public assembly organized in Sant'Anna , a hamlet of Marrubiu. Students, workers and the unemployed ready to get involved. "We are experiencing an economic, social and demographic crisis that the political class is unable to manage - said Danilo Lampis, of the organizing committee - we want to open a broad and plural space for discussion to build an alternative based on pragmatic and credible projects".

Many over 40s were also in the room , testifying to the curiosity surrounding the association. "We are not here to make a list - the committee clarified - but to start a path that could lead us to the next regional ones. They ask us who our allies will be, the answer is the Sardinians".

During the assembly, the first six thematic tables were set up , dedicated to the economy and work, school, culture, the environment, local authorities, health and citizenship. In the coming weeks , the results will be digitized and made available to participants.
