Pavoletti-goal, Cagliari ends the pre-season with a 1-1 draw against Brest
The striker from Livorno equalized the score after the advantage of the hosts through Satriano
Cagliari's pre-season ends with a draw. The rossoblù, who took to the field with the new dark blue third shirt, stopped Brest at 1-1, with a goal by Pavoletti which replied to Satriano's advantage.
Ranieri must give up the injured Radunovic, Jankto, Pereiro and Desogus and line up Cagliari, with the new dark blue third shirt, with Scuffet in goal, Zappa, Dossena, Obert and Augello in defence, central Makoumbou, flanked by Sulemana and Deiola and, in front, an unprecedented trident composed by Di Pardo, Pavoletti and Luvumbo.
Cagliari got off to a good start and committed home goalkeeper Bizot after 3' with a free-kick from Augello. In the 15th minute, Augello again drew Deiola from the flag all alone, but the midfielder barely touched the ball.

In the second half we start again with the same twenty-two of the first half and with Brest always on the attack. Dossena anticipates Del Castillo by touching the own goal. Then, in the 12th minute, the French pass with a blow from twenty meters from Satriano, uncatchable for Scuffet.
The Uruguayan himself, on loan from Inter, came close to an encore in the 15th minute, but this time Scuffet saved everything. Cagliari shakes up and, in the 18th minute, comes close to scoring with Pavoletti, whose close paw is deflected for a corner by the home goalkeeper. And in the 25th minute, it was equal: Augello's free-kick from the left, Pavoletti overtook everyone and, with a header, made it 1-1. First goal in the pre-season for the captain.
Series of substitutions and moments of nervousness when Luvumbo hints at a reaction after a tough intervention by Lees-Melou, with the midfielder reprimanded by Ranieri. After 4 minutes of added time, it closes with the final 1-1. In a week, for Cagliari, there will be the Coppa Italia at the Domus with Palermo.
