A draw and a lot of fear for Cagliari, who have to settle for a 1-1 draw at the Domus with Lecce , reaching 33 points.
Ranieri recovers the Colombian and Dossena in the heart of the defense and, up front, relaunches Lapadula, with the support of Nandez, Gaetano and Luvumbo. Cagliari attacks, but Lecce holds their own. At 10', Luvumbo lights up, cross for Lapadula and misfired overhead kick. In the 16th minute Deiola found the right corner, but Var caught a touch with the midfielder's hand and the goal was disallowed .
In the 26th minute, however, the goal is good, very good indeed: Gaetano's dirty shot, on the path is Mina who scores from close range . Game in control, but in the 42nd minute a foul by Gaetano was first punished with a yellow card, then, after the call from VAR, the number 70 was sent off . Cagliari were ahead at the break, but with ten men.
In the second half, Wieteska and Sulemana came on for Zappa and Lapadula, with Luvumbo isolated in front. A long siege of Lecce begins, with Cagliari never managing to restart.
