Merger of the airports of Olbia and Alghero: the decision is made on 8 September
From Geasar and Sogeaal's 30-page brief, the court ruled an additional six days for the notes. The Region presented a request for suspension and an appeal
Three days for the Region to present its notes and another three days for Sogeaal and Geasar for the counternotes.
Therefore, the ruling of the civil court on the request to suspend the merger of the two management companies of the Olbia and Alghero airports, advanced by the Region together with the appeal, is expected on 8 September.
This was established by the judge this morning after the appearance of the two management companies, which presented about thirty pages of brief.
Last August 1, judge Enzo Luchi had not recognized the urgency of the decision on the suspension, without hearing the parties, and had postponed the decision until today. In addition to the suspension, the region has filed an appeal , also signed by the lawyer Gabriele Racugno and which, instead, will follow an independent path with the first hearing in January 2024 before the Cagliari Business Court.
