The foreign minister loses against his former colleague Costa (M5s). Bad also for Sgarbi, in Rome Bonino overtakes Calenda but Mennuni (FdI) wins. Berlusconi is back, and Ilaria Cucchi is also in the SenateLuigi Di Maio at the top of the list of sensational losers in the political elections .
The Foreign Minister and leader of Civic Commitment was not re-elected in the uninominal challenge in the Naples Fuorigrotta 2 college for the Chamber.
Sergio Costa (M5s) won it with 40.5%, second Di Maio with 24.3%, third Mariarosaria Rossi of the center-right with 22.2%. Only fourth is Mara Carfagna, of Action, with 6.7%.
Vittorio Sgarbi (center-right) in Bologna also lost the battles, mocked by the eternal Pier Ferdinando Casini (center-left). Carlo Cottarelli (center left) for the Senate in Cremona was beaten by Daniela Santanché (FdI).
In Rome Emma Bonino (33%) surpasses Carlo Calenda (13%) but it is not enough: Lavinia Mennuni of Fratelli d'Italia wins with over 36%. In central Milan, for the Chamber, Benedetto Della Vedova of + Europa beats Giulio Tremonti (center-right).
Those elected are instead in Molise Claudio Lotito , senator for the center-right, while Silvio Berlusconi returns to Parliament in the uninominal for the Senate of Monza. Also at Palazzo Madama, uninominal 4 in Florence, Ilaria Cucchi (Italian Left) with over 40.5% beats the center-right candidate Federica Picchi of Fdi (less than 30%) and the current vice president of the Tuscany Region, Stefania Saccardi (Action Iv), around 13%.
