The prosecutors of the Turin Public Prosecutor's Office have asked the investigating judge to indict the former Juventus president, Andrea Agnelli, and eleven other club managers (plus the company as a legal entity) in the context of the investigation into the alleged budget irregularities and capital gains.

The members of the board of statutory auditors were excluded from the request for indictment.

Among the executives for whom the trial has been requested are also the former vice president Pavel Nedved, the former director Fabio Paratici and the CEO Maurizio Arrivabene .

The accusation is of false corporate communications, market manipulation, fraudulent declarations with the use of invoices for non-existent transactions and obstacle to the supervisory authorities .

The closure of the investigations was notified to those directly concerned on October 24, the entire board of directors of the company resigned on Monday .

The meeting of 18 January will approve the new board of the company, at the moment the only indication of the president by the majority shareholder Exor is known: it is Gianluca Ferrero .

Even UEFA today opened an investigation into the Juventus club " for potential violations of the regulations on club licenses and financial fair play ". The formal investigation, conducted by the first instance court of the club's financial control body, follows the Consob findings and the investigation by the Turin prosecutor's office.
