According to data released by the INGV (National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology), the magnitude was 4.7.

Power outages were reported from Pizzofalcone to Fuorigrotta. Many people, frightened, took to the streets.

A massive landslide was documented in Pozzuoli, but there were no injuries.
