The anti-Green Pass protest continues at the port of Trieste.

Hundreds of people continue to participate in the supervision of employees opposed to the compulsory Covid green certificate to access workplaces, which began on October 15, some arriving by bus from other regions.

Among these also some well-known faces, such as the actor Enrico Montesano and the former general Antonio Pappalardo, former leader of the so-called “orange vests”.

“The Green pass is a useless thing, which has nothing to do with health care, but it is a political issue. The Green pass is the beginning of a personal and individual check ", said Montesano, addressing the crowd present at pier 4 of the Trieste terminal.

In these hours, however, the protesters have split, between those who would already like to put an end to the protest and those who, on the other hand, the hardest wing, intend to go on at least until 20 October.

And there is also the step backwards of Stefano Puzzer, one of the leaders of the Port Coordination of Trieste. "Today I resigned from the Clpt of Trieste because it is right that I take on my responsibilities - wrote Puzzer on Facebook - One of these is the decision to continue the presidency until October 20. The decision is only mine, it was not forced by anyone, indeed they did not want to accept them but I demanded them ".

In all of this, the port's activity has not ceased, even if it continues slowly.
