The forklift overturns and crushes the driver, a very serious worker in Friuli

Accident at work this morning in a company in Fiume Veneto (Pordenone) where a worker was crushed by the forklift he was driving. The vehicle overturned during a manoeuvre.

The firefighters - who removed the heavy vehicle and freed the man -, an ambulance and a medical vehicle were on site. The police are also on site and are carrying out the investigations together with the health company technicians.

The medical nursing staff stabilized the man and then transported him, in code red, to the Santa Maria degli Angeli hospital in Pordenone, with the ambulance with the medical team on board. His condition is considered critical .
