Gabriel Falloni, the 36-year-old from Sorso who confessed to killing a 32-year-old in Aosta, risks life imprisonment. The man was arrested a few days after the crime, which took place on April 17 and is in prison.

Aggravated voluntary murder and robbery are the accusations that will bring him to the Court of Assizes in a few days.

The suspects of the investigators had immediately focused on the Sardinian. The cameras had filmed him as he left an apartment that the victim, Elena Raluca Serban, had rented carrying a bag that, upon his arrival, he did not have.

The young woman was found lifeless in the bathroom, butchered. In the house there were no more clothes, sheets, mobile phones. Falloni, cornered, had confessed, even admitting that he had stolen thousands of euros contained in an envelope. The version of the murder he provided starts from a sentence said by the prostitute, a joke with a sexual background, and the 36-year-old would have put his hands on her neck, then let go. The girl, taken by fright, allegedly grabbed a knife that ended up in the Sardinian's hands in the struggle.
