Sub dies during a hunting party, investigations underway

A diver, the 55-year-old Giovanni Marino, died during a fishing trip in the locality of Kartibubbo in the Trapani area.

The man dived yesterday, but never returned to shore.

It was the family members who raised the alarm and triggered the searches.

The divers of the fire brigade intervened and during the night they found the body of the man who had a wound. And therefore investigations are now underway to ascertain whether the diver was hit by a boat.

The military of the Port Authority also intervened in the area.
