Tragedy this afternoon in a mechanical company in Lauzacco, in the province of Udine.

Yet another fatal accident at work this time involves those who still do not have a job, because they are none other than a student.

Lorenzo Parelli, 18, was on his last day of internship in a school-work alternation project. On Monday he would return to class to tell his friends about his experience.

But he will not be able to do it: during the metal carpentry work a beam fell on him, leaving him no way out. The workers were immediately rescued, then the firefighters, an ambulance and the helicopter rescue arrived, but for the young man there was nothing to do, he died instantly.

The accident occurred at Burimec, which manufactures road scales and uses the Lauzacco plant for rolling works.
