It looks like a remake of the movie " Titanic " but the screenplay is original, and it's all Italian.

Almost 90 years after his disappearance, the wreck of the tugboat "Curzola" was found, of which traces had been lost off the coast of Brucoli , in the Syracuse area, on March 12, 1935 . The cause of the shipwreck was probably adverse weather conditions or a collision with an unknown ship. On board the tug a crew of 18 men , 3 non-commissioned officers and 15 sailors. There were no survivors .

The discovery was completely accidental and the boat was identified thanks to the name clearly visible on the stern. The search operations were conducted by the honorary inspector for underwater assets of Syracuse, Fabio Portella, who had set out on the trail of a second world war submarine. All the works were carried out in close contact with the Superintendency of the Sea of the Sicily Region .

The wreck was found , apparently almost intact , at a depth of about 120 meters and at a distance of 2.3 miles from the coast . The wreck sits on the seabed, surrounded by dark waters and strong currents. Given its location, it will be unlikely to be able to bring it to the surface.
