The procedure in view of the execution order for the former Milan striker Robinho, definitively convicted, together with a friend, on January 19 to 9 years in prison for sexual violence was registered in the Milan Public Prosecutor's Office. group against a 23-year-old Albanian girl, who was abused in a room in the Lombard capital on the night of 22 January 2013.

In the coming days, as required by law, the execution office of the Prosecutor's Office will formulate the request for extradition with a simultaneous international arrest warrant against the former AC Milan player and his friend, who both live in Brazil.

At the moment the documents have arrived from the Supreme Court and the execution file has been registered and assigned to the prosecutor Adriana Blasco. After the collection of some documents, to ascertain the identity of the two convicts, the execution order phase will then start with the transmission to the Ministry of Justice of the extradition request, to be sent to the Brazilian authorities, and the issuance of the arrest warrant.

It seems obvious that Robinho will not be handed over to Italian justice because the Brazilian federal constitution does not allow the extradition of its citizens, but with the international arrest warrant he could be arrested if he leaves Brazil and is tracked down in another country.

THE FACTS - According to the investigations, the former Brazilian star on the night of January 22, 2013 would have made the young Albanian girl drink to the point of making her unconscious. The 23-year-old would then be raped in turn, without her being able to oppose, in a wardrobe of a nightclub in the Milanese nightlife, where the young woman had gone to celebrate her birthday.

Milan's deputy pg Cuno Tarfusser in the appeal process had asked for confirmation of the two convictions by dismantling the four technical consultations produced by Robinho's defense, including one with photos taken from social media and which aimed to prove that the girl used to drink alcohol .

In the reasons for the appeal sentence, the judges wrote that the former Rossoneri talent and his "accomplices" (four others untraceable) showed "particular contempt" for "the victim who was brutally humiliated" and "immediately tried to sidetrack investigations by offering investigators a false and previously agreed version of the facts ".
