Kidnapped and stabbed by two bandits who, in the words of Franco Ardivel, owner of a convenience store in Ponte nelle Alpi (Belluno), " had a Sardinian accent ".

The attack took place on Friday evening in Viale delle Dolomiti. It was just after 7 pm and the closing time of the shop was approaching when two people entered pretending to be customers, suddenly shouted: "Give us the money". To carry out their plan , they did not hesitate to deliver five stab wounds to Ardivel, a 62-year-old merchant, hitting him in the arm and shoulder, and also wounding a friend of the man who came to his rescue.

The alarm was raised, an ambulance and the police arrived on the spot: the 62-year-old was taken to hospital, his friend was given a prognosis of seven days , while the two criminals managed to escape on foot, perhaps using a car parked nearby, and with a loot of around 200 euros .

The police began their investigations by viewing the video footage of the surveillance cameras in the area, after listening to Ardivel who reported hearing "a Sardinian accent" in the words spoken by the bandits.
