“You don't know who I am. He'll see what I'm capable of. "

These are the words with which Cesare Battisti , the former red terrorist who is serving a life sentence after the inaction which ended with the arrest and extradition from South America , would have addressed to prison police officers.

Words, pronounced in 2020 during a check on a letter he received, ordered by the Supervisory Court while he was detained in the Rossano Calabro prison, which cost him the accusations of resistance to a public official and outrage.

The first hearing of the trial is set for Friday 14 October at the court of Castrovillari (Cosenza).

Battisti, currently held in ordinary prison in Parma, is defended by the lawyer Maurizio Nucci.
