They published manifestos about the massacres of white supremacist attackers, praising Hitler or Brenton Tarrant, the perpetrator of mosque attacks that killed dozens. But they also proposed techniques for carrying out bombings or constructing explosive devices.

Carabinieri officers from the ROS (Special Operations Unit) and DIGOS (Division of Special Operations) conducted searches in several cities targeting 17 individuals—including 14 minors—accused of propaganda and incitement to crime based on racial and religious discrimination, with aggravating circumstances of terrorism. Some of them participated in the social media group "Chat del Nuovo Ordine Europeo," others in the "Fronte Fascista Italiano" group, with posts targeting Jews, homosexuals, and people of color.

The operation was conducted throughout Italy. The ROS (Special Operations Squad) was deployed, supported in the execution phase by the Carabinieri Provincial Commands of Rome, Como, Catanzaro, Bologna, Milan, Reggio Emilia, Benevento, Genoa, Udine, Palermo, and Trento, and DIGOS officers from the Verona Police Headquarters, coordinated by the Central Directorate of Prevention Police and with the assistance of the DIGOS units of Naples, Benevento, Bresca, and Trento, delegated by the Rome (Ordinary and Juvenile Prosecutor's Offices) and Venice.

«The investigative activities – the investigators explain – initiated by the ROS and the Digos on online monitoring attributable to the accelerationist, supremacist and neo-Nazi area present on various social media have allowed the suspects to be identified as participants in two specific groups within which the participants:

− they reproduced documents/manifestos of the main supremacist attackers of recent years, in which the massacres committed and the weapons used are described in detail;

− they published videos of known terrorists, including Brenton Tarrant, praising their actions without censorship;

− fomented hatred by propagating ideas based on racism, anti-Semitism, gender discrimination, neo-Nazism;

− they exalted the figure of Adolf Hitler, the SS, fascism and the main supremacist symbols;

− they carried out online gaming activities in which scenes of violence and the killing of ethnic minorities were virtually recreated;

− provided, in some cases, clear and precise instructions: for the manufacture of homemade explosive devices, as well as for the “correct” use of such devices in order to increase their lethal effect and for training, use and handling of bladed weapons and firearms».
