The Guardia di Finanza of Milan has discovered over 2 thousand irregular workers .

At the end of the investigation, 22 people were investigated by the Milan Public Prosecutor's Office for tax and bankruptcy crimes related to the illegal supply of labor .

In particular, the investigations conducted by the Compagnia di Gorgonzola concerned three cooperatives: at the end of the investigations, the Financiers reconstructed the system of fraudulent relationships between the three cooperatives and the companies that used the labor .

Basically - explains the GdF - it was ascertained that the constitution of the cooperatives represented only a screen to allow the hiring of workers to be employed in the client companies, with the double benefit of not having formally in charge of the employees in terms of contributions-assistance. and to save on labor costs due to the most economically advantageous "service" provided by cooperatives.

The administrative sanction envisaged in the case of illicit supply / use of labor has been applied to all the companies involved, which provides for a payment of up to a maximum of 50 thousand euros. To date, over 180 thousand euros have been paid into the state coffers .
