Man stabs sick mother to death, 52-year-old son arrested
The man is in the police headquarters, witnesses heard screams coming from the apartment

The woman in her eighties found dead this morning in her home in the Borgo Venezia neighborhood of Verona was stabbed to death by her son, ANSA has learned.
The 52-year-old man is at the Verona police headquarters. The Flying Squad and the Forensic Police are on site awaiting the magistrate's arrest. The victim appears to have suffered from a degenerative disease.
Some witnesses reported hearing screams coming from the apartment and subsequently the patrol officers intervened and took the man away.
