He was lending money with interest rates that reached 160 per cent but the Finance Police of Monza arrested him on charges of aggravated usury and attempted extortion.

A 63-year-old ended up in handcuffs whose first victim was a commercial agent and manager of a wellness center in Milan, who, against a loan in several installments of about 60 thousand euros, would have returned about 190 thousand euros to the loan shark, and for years he would have suffered threats and attempts of extortion (not only against himself but also against his family) when he delayed his monthly payments.

Another victim would have been a real estate agent of a company also in the Lombard capital: to have obtained 70 thousand euros he would have had to face the request for a refund of 145 thousand, although due to the lockdown due to the pandemic he could not even work.

The 63-year-old was placed under house arrest by decision of the investigating judge and two properties in his name, one in Brianza and one in Puglia, were seized for the purposes of confiscation, in addition to 330 thousand euros.
