There are two Fiorentina fans subjected to Daspo for sexual harassment against the journalist Greta Beccaglia during live TV from outside the Empoli stadium on 27 November.
After the three-year Daspo for the 45-year-old restaurateur in the province of Ancona sued for groping the journalist's butt, another two-year one took place.
Also to a purple fan, a 48-year-old man living in Florence and also accused of sexual violence. Commissioner Filippo Santarelli issued a two-year Daspo for him.
Based on what has been reconstructed, the 48-year-old Florentine would have approached the journalist at direct end after the reporter had suffered the harassment of the 45-year-old from the province of Ancona, and would have hit her by having physical contact as Beccaglia herself reported in the lawsuit.
