She had gone to the emergency room for a dog bite on her buttock but the report left her speechless. It happened in Merate (Lecco), the protagonist being a 28-year-old who, according to the doctor, would have been the "victim" of a "gourmet dog ". The sexist reference ended up in black and white on the sheet signed by the specialist. The story dates back to a few days ago when the woman showed up at the hospital: she needed some stitches for a wound caused by the bite of some friends' dogs.

The doctor who examined her is not an employee of the healthcare facility but belongs to the cooperative that supplies the ward with token staff. However, during the execution of the intervention, the man thought it best to comment on what happened, defining the animal as a "gourmet". A concept reiterated several times, so much so that it also ends up on the report delivered to the patient.

Within a few days the story was made known and the general management of the Asst of Lecco immediately took action. The man was removed from all the already scheduled work shifts and was reported to the Order.
