A 22-year-old from Brescia was arrested for detention and production of child pornography material.

In one video, the protagonist was a 9-year-old girl, secretly filmed in the shower. The little girl is the daughter that the 22-year-old's partner had from a previous relationship.

The measure was decided after the suspect's cell phone was seized, during a search ordered by the judicial authority as part of a broader investigation into tax crimes. The 22-year-old was initially accused of false invoices: but over two thousand child pornography photos emerged in his phone.

The boy, himself the father of a two-year-old boy, was looking for images of girls between seven and ten on Telegram channels, according to investigations by the Guardia di Finanza and Postal Police.
