He is a multiple-convict for crimes against property such as fraud, fraudulent insolvency and impersonation. Once identified, he was reported and the police commissioner of Bolzano Paolo Sartori issued 32 compulsory expulsion orders against him from as many municipalities in the province .
The police commissioner also issued an aggravated oral warning to him, provided for in these cases by the Code of Anti-Mafia Laws, which, unlike the simple one, also entails a ban on possessing communication tools and other provisions.
